Large number of users were repeatedly complaining about there problem in connecting to the App Store or the iTunes Store. That time the issue being face by users gave them a message saying that ‘Service Unavailable’ across multiple devices, also against updates. The tech giant failed to specify the origin of the trouble. Apple had to face a massive financial drop for this.
Apple had confirmed the issue with the iOS App Store, Mac Store and the iTunes Store. For the temporary fixing, Apple updated its services page to reflect the outage in the digital storefronts. Apple officially confirmed the issue and apologized to customers for the inconvenience.
Apple said to CNBC.
“We apologize to our customers experiencing problems with iTunes and other services this morning. The cause was an internal DNS error at Apple. We are working to make all of the services available to customers as soon as possible, and we thank everyone for their patience.”
